We'll also schedule a brief orientation call where you can ask questions about the upcoming schedule, discuss any specific needs or concerns, and understand how to prepare your practice space for optimal learning.
Each week follows a consistent rhythm designed to build skills progressively. Monday sessions introduce new concepts, Wednesday sessions provide guided practice, and Friday sessions focus on integration and troubleshooting common challenges.
Between sessions, you'll have access to recorded practice sessions, journal prompts, and a private online community where you can share experiences and receive ongoing support from both instructors and fellow participants.
